Takin you waaaay back. If it wasn't for this album, your favorite gangsta rapper would either be in jail or dead. Besides that this album caused one of the greatest beefs in hip hop history: KRS-ONE vs. MC Shan. A must have. On the deluxe edition apart from dope remixes and songs you get interviews with gangsta rap icons talking about this classic.
